RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNET SALES
You have 14 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged or altered. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase.
While we would love to say that all sales are final after 30 days, we know that there is always the possibility of making an exception after this time. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do everything to ensure you are. If not we won't be stubborn. It's just not in our nature.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact us at 212-869-8444 or email@example.com to arrange for your return. We will email you a prepaid FedEx label for you to return your purchase. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not shift in transit and securely tape the inner box. Place the box in a Medium or Large FedEx priority box and tape the outer flaps with nondescript shipping tape. When dropping off the return with FedEx or handing it to a FedEx courier, you must obtain a receipt from FedEx.
Note: Package may not be dropped off at a 3rd party shipping company or Authorized FedEx counter. Only actual FedEx owned counters can be used.
Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 7 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us.
We are committed to resolving disputes within 1 to 3 business days. If a problem arises with an order, or any other transaction, users may contact us via phone, email or mail and we will respond within 3 business days.
